Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is available from 15:00.
• Check-out must be completed before 12:00.
• Check-in is handled at the Visitor Service Centre.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification requirements

• A valid photo ID is required for every guest at check-in.
• Accepted identification includes: national photo ID, driver’s licence, passport, or relevant travel permits.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Occupancy policy

• Occupancy is determined by room type.
• Extra beds are not available.
• Twin room (1.2–1.35m beds): up to 2 guests.
• King room (1.8–2.0m bed): up to 2 guests.
• Triple room (three 1.2m beds): up to 3 guests.
• Room layouts, sizes, and furnishings may vary. Images are for reference only.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
